My name is Melissa and I blog over at Freeing Imperfections. Anna has so graciously let me borrow her blog for the day to share a workout with ya’ll!
For those of you who don’t know me yet, I love running, fitness, new workout routines, racing and all that jazz. However – there is one part of working out that I don’t like. Or I should rather say, one area of my body that I always dread working out. And that my friends is my abs!
Maybe I don’t like working them because my abs are always kind of weak and ab workouts leave me wiped and sore for days! Or maybe it’s just because ab workouts are killer! I’m often times bothered by most ab workouts because they make my lower back or neck hurt after. Usually, I’m just not a fan!
But to have balanced fitness and to have some confidence in a bikini, creating a strong core and having toned abs is a must!
This workout features some moves that I will actually do for an abs workout, with no back or neck pain! Maybe you’re not in school anymore, but you can still get an A+ with this abs routine.
In case you’re unfamiliar with any of these exercises, here are some links to explain them.
I am definitely feelin’ it working two circuits in. But if you can make it to three, go for it!
Thanks for tuning in! If you like this workout, be sure to check out more workouts over here.
