This recipe for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies is SO EASY. It’s only THREE ingredients. I’ve made a few variations but this one is the family’s favorite.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
I adore all things pumpkin flavored and I was skeptical that my kids would like these because they are so ridiculously picky. Lovable brats.
These cookies are so easy they are perfect if you have guests that stop by and you want something sweet in a hurry.
Or if you just want something sweet in a hurry for you. While the kids are still at school.
All you need is 1 can of pumpkin puree (14-15 oz), a box of spice cake mix (although you can use any flavor you like), and 1 cup of chocolate chips…..or the whole bag….that works too. Or if you don’t want to use the whole bag in the cookies you can just eat the rest of the bag while you wait for the cookies to bake.
Never mind, don’t listen to me.
ANYway, these cookies do not last very long in my house. And even when there are some left over at bedtime, they are mysteriously gone when I get up in the morning. HMMM.
- 1 14 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1 cup chocolate chips (or a whole bag)
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Drop small spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
