Holiday parties are always such a blast and the food is one of my favorite things, because duh, good food. Today I’m sharing with you a recipe that is perfect for holiday parties or to keep your crew happy while waiting for the big meal. Farm Rich Meatballs with Spicy Jelly Sauce are ready in under 20 minutes.
Can you believe it’s November already?! It’s crazy to me that the end of the year is already almost here. This is my favorite time of year. I love the holiday season and getting together with family and friends. The crisp fall air and the smells of good food cooking.
Having a recipe that is delicious but doesn’t take a lot of time means you can enjoy being with family and friends instead of stuck in the kitchen.
These Farm Rich Meatballs with Spicy Jelly Sauce pair great with Farm Rich Mozzerella Sticks and Homemade Ranch. One is spicy and one is cool so they compliment each other nicely.
I love having good food that isn’t complicated or difficult to make because holiday season can be so hectic and busy. Farm Rich makes this happen by being real-life good and made with real ingredients. The wide variety of Farm Rich snacks and appetizers are ready in just minutes and are great on their own or in a recipe like the one I’m sharing today. I love that Farm Rich products are available at Walmart which is where I do the majority of my grocery shopping!
Farm Rich Meatballs with Spicy Jelly Sauce
Here is what you need…all of these ingredients are available for purchase as Walmart. Farm Rich Meatballs, Strawberry Jelly, and Chopped Jalapeños with juice.
Making this recipe is very easy! Heat the meatballs in the microwave according to package directions. Also note that the Farm Rich Meatballs are Gluten Free and have 12-13 grams of protein per serving! Be sure to pat the meatballs a bit with a paper towel to remove any excess liquid.
Mix 3/4 cup strawberry jelly & 2 tbsps of chopped jalapeños. You can adjust the amount of jalapeños depending on how spicy you like your foods. Another idea, if you don’t want the jalapeño chunks, is to blend the jelly and jalapeños in the food processor. I decided to take the faster route though since the chunks didn’t bother me.
And that’s it! Just serve the sauce with the meatballs! How EASY is that? Plus, it’s delicious! The flavors of strawberry jelly and jalapeños might seem odd but they are awesome together!
