Pumpkin Apple Crumb Pie

Ingredients
Refrigerated pie crust
or your favorite homemade version
FILLING:
Apple pie filling
or use your favorite apple pie recipe for homemade, I was lazy

canned pumpkin

cup
evaporated milk
2
eggs
1/2
cup
white sugar
1/2
tbsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
nutmeg
TOPPING:
1/2
cup
salted butter
1
cup
brown sugar
3/4
all purpose flour
3/4
cup
oatmeal
any but instant
1/2
tbsp
cinnamon
1/4
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375.
Unroll pie crust and press into 9" pie pan according to package directions.
Spread apple pie filling onto pie crust.
In a small mixing bowl combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, white sugar, cinnamon, salt, & nutmeg. Blend well.
Pour pumpkin filling over apple filling.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, then remove and add the crumb topping.
CRUMB TOPPING:
Combine brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, & salt.
Cut in butter until coarse. (A food processor is best but I used a fork)
Top the pie with crumb topping.
Bake for an additional 20 minutes for until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool on rack.
Refrigerate leftovers.
