Instructions
Place chicken breasts in bottom of your slow cooker.
Add drained & rinsed white beans.
Add onions and garlic.
Add chicken broth.
Add all spices, stirring into the broth.
Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 7. The soup is done when the chicken is cooked through and shreds easily with a fork.
Serve with shredded cheese, salsa, &/or sour cream.
