While most of the recipes on Food and DIY (maybe all of them) are not keto-friendly, I have been experimenting with cooking and creating keto-friendly dishes. I have to say, I have been very pleasantly surprised that most of the keto recipes I have cooked have been really delicious. Like, make my husband say “wow! this is sooo good!” delicious. Now, full disclosure, I tried to make a keto-friendly pan of lemon bars and they turned out HORRIBLE. They were wrong on a lot of levels. I will spare you the details.
I became interested in the keto diet because my father went keto and has been able to stop taking almost all of his medications and has dropped weight. **I am not a doctor, don’t take my word for medical advice** I will admit to wanting to drop a few pounds of “baby weight” and I also have severe eczema and cutting out a lot of junk and processed foods has really helped me so I decided to give it a try.
I promise though, if I start sharing keto-friendly recipes you will still love them so much even if you don’t follow the keto diet yourselves!
