Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Wash the potatoes with water. Cube into 1 inch pieces.
Add potatoes to a large bowl, add garlic powder, dill, salt & pepper, and 1 tsp of olive oil. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
Spread onto a baking sheet in one layer.
Bake for 20 minutes, stir/flip potatoes and bake for another 20 minutes.
Remove from oven when the potatoes are golden brown and tender.
