For the salad

chopped green leaf lettuce or romaine
or a combo of the two

grape tomatoes

pitted kalamata olives
drained

crumbled feta cheese

red onion
diced or thinly sliced
For the vinaigrette

red wine vinegar

tbsp
extra virgin olive oil

garlic powder

dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
For the salad
Chop the lettuce, toss all salad ingredients.
For the vinaigrette
In a small bowl, whisk vinegar and olive oil.
Whisk in seasoning.
Drizzle over salad.
Notes
This salad will keep in the frig for a couple days, just be sure to hold the vinaigrette until you are ready to serve.
