We all love recipes for EASY dessert right? This recipe is a Delicious, Skillet Apple Crisp made in a cast iron pan. Start on the stovetop, finish in the oven. Super easy, but super delicious!

For topping

oats

flour

cut into pieces

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel & slice apples.
Melt butter in 12" cast iron skillet.
Add 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
Toss in apples, stir to coat.
Cook until apples are just tender. Turn off stove.
Topping:
Mix oats, flour, butter, brown sugar, & cinnamon in a bowl.
Use a pastry cutter to mix until the mixture is crumbly.
Spread over the apples in the skillet.
Place the skillet in the oven and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!!
