Juicy Chicken with Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Chicken with lemon pepper seasoning used to be something I made all the time! The only problem with that, is I used to cook the chicken so long that it was tough and dry!
Like, literally you needed a dip or something to be able to choke the chicken down. I would slap some butter on the tops of some chicken breasts, sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning and then load it up in the oven to bake until the chicken resembled chicken jerky.
Ok, it might not have been that bad but it was pretty close.
