Chocolate Brownies with Peanut Butter Frosting
Brownies are one of my favorite sweet treats. I especially love fudgy, rich brownies with walnuts. Today, however, I made these chocolate brownies with peanut butter frosting and chocolate and peanut butter chips on top and OH MY WORD. They are SO GOOD.
Pair these with a tall glass of cold milk? MMM MMMMMM!! These are especially good around midnight when the rest of the house is asleep and you can eat as many brownies as you like without your children begging for more. 😆

How to make Chocolate Brownies with Peanut Butter Frosting
First, melt your butter and chocolate in a saucepan.
While that is working its magic, whisk your eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla in a separate bowl, then add the chocolate/butter mixture slowly.
Pour the batter into a prepared pan, bake for 25-30 minutes. Don’t overbake though! Overbaked brownies are gross!
To make the frosting beat butter and peanut butter until creamy, then slowly as powdered sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and then frost once the brownies are completely cooled.
