Keto Berry Smoothie
This keto-friendly berry smoothie is PERFECT for summer! Fresh berry flavors with a creamy base make this a delicious and filling smoothie that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, & snacks! Plus smoothies are a great way to sneak extra nutritious ingredients to picky children!
I used to dislike smoothies so much. I imagined a thick chunky drink that tasted like you added sugar to vegetables. The thought of smoothies made me wrinkle my nose and think “Who actually LIKES smoothies”? This is just some ridiculous fad that people think they are getting a nutritious meal in drink form but they aren’t.
Now I know better. I also know there are some smoothie recipes that are straight up gross. And some smoothies that are so full of sugar it’s like eating two candy bars. I say no to gross smoothie recipes, and I also say no to smoothie recipes that are too full of sugar.
I am 1000% on the less sugar the better train for all recipes & food. But I won’t go into that now. 🤪

How to make a berry keto smoothie:
You can use one type of frozen berry or mix them up. I usually use just what ever I have on hand.
Add liquid of your choice, I use cashew milk.
Add in frozen berries, collagen peptides, heavy whipping cream, and coconut oil. Optional is Pyure or your favorite keto-friendly sugar substitute. If you aren’t sure how to convert the measurements I like to use this one by Wholesome Yum: Sugar-Free Keto Conversion Chart.
Blend on high until SMOOTH. Serve and enjoy!
