Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
It’s pumpkin season! And that means pumpkin spice lattes, chocolate chip pumpkin cookies, and pumpkin spice peanut butter fudge.
Confession, I don’t make pumpkin bread from scratch. 🤪🤦🏻♀️I always enjoy a delicious slice from Starbucks or I buy a mix to make at home! Sometimes a mix is just so easy! And you can find so many GOOD mixes with healthier ingredients that that cheap boxes with junk fillers.
No, I’m certainly not a health food blogger but I have been trying to choose better options for my family. But believe me, I still enjoy treats often.
How to make Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
Ummm, follow the directions on the box. 😁But here is one thing I did change: cinnamon applesauce for the oil.
When a mix calls for oil, I always use coconut oil, or I switch the oil for applesauce. In this case, I used cinnamon applesauce. It was definitely a good switch.
